1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the legal entity that operates SugarDaddyMeet (“SugarDaddyMeet,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They apply when you visit the website, create an account, use a related application, communicate through the service, purchase a subscription or otherwise access products or services covered by these Terms.
By using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service. Additional terms shown for a feature, promotion, app store, verification provider or purchase form part of the agreement for that activity.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@en-sugardaddymeet.com.
2. Eligibility and adults-only service
You may use SugarDaddyMeet only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old and meet any higher age of majority that applies where you live.
- You have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
- Your use is lawful in every location from which you access or use the service.
- You are not prohibited from using the service under applicable sanctions, court orders or law.
- You have not previously been removed unless SugarDaddyMeet has expressly authorised your return.
We may request reasonable information to confirm eligibility or investigate suspected underage use. If you believe a member may be under 18, stop contact and report the account. Do not request, save or share sexual content involving a minor.
3. Registration and account responsibility
You agree to provide information that is materially accurate, current and not misleading; maintain one personal account unless expressly permitted otherwise; and update information that affects eligibility, identity or the way other members understand your profile.
You are responsible for keeping passwords, recovery links and authentication codes confidential and for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Do not sell, share, transfer or allow another person to operate your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Usernames, profile photos and account settings do not create ownership of an account identifier or a permanent right to a particular feature. We may require a username or content change when reasonably necessary to address impersonation, intellectual-property concerns, confusion or safety.
4. Profiles, identity and verification
You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or identity, use another person’s images without permission, fabricate professional or financial claims, or conceal information in a way that makes the profile materially deceptive.
Where verification, age-estimation, photo review or background-search features are offered, they are limited to the check described at the time. A badge or result is not a warranty of identity, income, criminal history, intentions, safety or compatibility. You remain responsible for your decisions and precautions.
5. Respectful conduct and consent
You must treat members with dignity and respect their decisions, privacy and boundaries. Consent must be freely given, informed, specific and ongoing. It may be withdrawn at any time. A message, match, date, gift, payment, travel expense or relationship label never creates consent to sexual activity, images, recording, private information or a future meeting.
Harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, coercion, intimidation, non-consensual recording, image-based abuse and retaliation for rejection or reporting are prohibited. Do not contact a person through another account or channel to evade a block or stated decision to end communication.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use or assist anyone to use the service for:
- Fraud, romance scams, fake checks, money laundering, phishing, identity theft or deceptive investment promotion.
- Requests for passwords, authentication codes, banking access, cryptocurrency credentials, gift cards or upfront fees.
- Prostitution, commercial sexual services, sex trafficking, exploitation or any non-consensual or illegal sexual activity.
- Contact with, solicitation of or sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Threats, violence, harassment, stalking, extortion, blackmail or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Hate speech or discrimination that targets a person or group based on a protected characteristic.
- Commercial advertising, recruitment, research, political campaigning, fundraising or solicitation unrelated to genuine personal dating use, unless expressly authorised.
- Scraping, harvesting, indexing or collecting member content or personal data without permission.
- Bots, automated accounts, bulk messaging, malware, vulnerability testing, reverse engineering or interference with service integrity except where law expressly protects authorised security research.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights violations.
- Any conduct that is unlawful, deceptive, exploitative or likely to create serious risk to a member or the public.
7. Sugar dating, gifts and personal relationships
SugarDaddyMeet facilitates introductions between adults; it is not a broker, escort agency, employment agency, financial institution, payment intermediary or party to agreements made between members. Members are responsible for understanding and complying with laws that apply to their communications, gifts, travel and relationships.
You may not offer, request or condition payment or valuable consideration on illegal sexual services, coercion or exploitation. Do not use the platform to transfer money for another person, cash checks, route cryptocurrency, pay a stranger’s fee or participate in a transaction you do not understand. SugarDaddyMeet does not guarantee or enforce private promises between members.
8. Member content
“Member Content” includes profile text, photos, messages, reports and other material you submit. You retain the rights you have in your Member Content. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the service, enforce these Terms and comply with law.
The licence ends when the content is deleted or the account closes, except for copies retained for a reasonable period for safety, legal, payment, dispute or technical purposes. Public profile content will not be used in advertising without an additional permission where one is required.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law, these Terms or another person’s rights. Do not post confidential information that belongs to someone else.
9. Reporting, blocking and evidence
Use reporting or blocking tools where available when conduct violates these Terms or creates a safety concern. Reports should be truthful and include relevant context. Do not make a knowingly false report to punish, silence or harass another member.
We may retain and review reported content, account signals and related records as allowed by the Privacy Policy. Reporting to SugarDaddyMeet does not replace contacting emergency services, police, a bank, medical care or a specialist support organisation when appropriate.
10. Safety and member interactions
Online and offline interactions involve risk. Read the Safety Center, verify gradually, protect your finances and identity, and meet in a public place using transport you control. No screening process, profile review, badge or moderation system can identify every false statement or prevent every harmful act.
SugarDaddyMeet is not responsible for a member’s conduct merely because the introduction occurred through the service. Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, and this clause does not prevent us from reviewing reports or taking reasonable safety action.
11. Paid services, subscriptions and taxes
If you purchase a paid feature, the checkout screen must disclose the product, price, currency, billing period, taxes, immediate charge, renewal status and how to cancel before you authorise payment. Those transaction-specific disclosures form part of these Terms.
Automatic renewal
If a subscription renews automatically, it continues for the period and at the price disclosed at checkout until cancelled. The checkout and account interface provide the applicable renewal timing, cancellation method and purchase-channel instructions.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops a future renewal but may not immediately end access already paid for, depending on the plan and local law. Deleting or deactivating an account may not cancel an external app-store subscription. Follow the instructions for the channel used to purchase and keep the confirmation.
Refunds and cooling-off rights
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms shown at checkout, the purchase channel and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
Payment disputes
Contact support before initiating a chargeback when safe and practical so billing errors can be investigated. Fraudulent disputes may result in account restriction, but a member’s lawful right to challenge an unauthorised or incorrect charge is not waived.
12. Review, suspension and termination
We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features, freeze an account or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect safety, respond to legal obligations or preserve service integrity. In urgent or severe cases, action may occur without advance notice.
Where appropriate and legally required, a notice should explain the general reason and any available review process. We may decline to disclose information that would compromise another person’s privacy, a safety investigation, anti-fraud methods or a legal restriction.
You may stop using the service and request account closure through available settings or support. Closing an account does not automatically erase obligations, transaction records, safety evidence or provisions that by nature survive termination.
13. Off-service conduct
We may consider credible information about serious off-service conduct when it indicates a current safety risk to members or the service, including violence, sexual assault, trafficking, exploitation, stalking, credible threats, fraud or attempts to evade a prior ban. Any such policy must be applied consistently, proportionately and subject to applicable law.
We are not able to investigate every dispute between members or monitor conduct outside the service. Do not rely on SugarDaddyMeet as a substitute for police, courts, medical care or professional advice.
14. SugarDaddyMeet intellectual property
The service, excluding Member Content, may include software, text, graphics, design, databases, trademarks and other material owned by or licensed to the operator. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, frame, mirror, extract, create derivative services from or commercially exploit protected service material except with written permission or where applicable law expressly allows it.
15. Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, contact us with the URL or account, a description of the protected material, the basis of your claim, your contact details and any declaration required by local law. We may forward relevant details to the person who submitted the content where legally permitted.
Rights complaints may be sent to support@en-sugardaddymeet.com with the information described above.
16. Third-party services and links
The service may link to or depend on payment processors, app stores, verification services, maps, analytics, social networks or other third parties. Their products and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party services except where law provides otherwise.
17. Service availability and changes
Features, eligibility, prices and availability may change. We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue part of the service. When a change materially affects a paid service or legal rights, we will provide the notice and remedy required by applicable law.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, security events, telecommunications failures and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that profiles are complete or accurate, that members will behave lawfully, that matches will be compatible, or that the service will meet every expectation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Region-specific terms may modify this section.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SugarDaddyMeet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or interactions between members.
No limitation should purport to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited, breach of non-waivable data-protection duties, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to limit.
20. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses, claims and costs caused by your unlawful conduct, content, material breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights. Mandatory consumer protections are not limited by this section.
21. Governing law, venue and dispute resolution
Before filing a formal claim, contact support and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction determine any dispute that cannot be resolved. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in their home jurisdiction or use a public dispute-resolution process.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The updated version should state its effective date. Material changes should receive advance or prominent notice when required. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and cancel any renewal before it takes effect, subject to applicable rights.
23. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, it should be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, while the remainder continues where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer the agreement without permission; the operator may transfer it in a lawful corporate transaction with required notice.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and transaction- or feature-specific terms presented to you form the entire agreement about the covered service, except for rights that cannot be limited by contract. Headings and summaries are for convenience and do not change legal meaning.
24. Contact
Questions, legal notices and support requests may be sent to support@en-sugardaddymeet.com. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or full payment-card numbers. Safety guidance is available in the Safety Center.
