Use a clear subject line and include the email associated with your account when relevant. The button below opens your default email application.
Send an emailInclude a concise description, relevant dates and the profile or account name involved. Never send a password, one-time passcode, full payment-card number, government identity document or banking credentials by email.
Preserve the profile name, message history and relevant screenshots before blocking an account. If money has been transferred, contact the financial provider immediately. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; email support is not an emergency channel.
Put “Privacy request” or “Content correction” in the subject line so the request can be routed correctly. Review the Privacy Policy and Editorial Standards before sending sensitive information.
